He is the kind of taxi driver you wish to have. We could text him at any time to pick us up (once even in the night), he was always on time, the rides were very comfortable and he was very tolerant with loud music and chants. In addition, he is a great guy and very amenable to new people so that we directly established a nice connection to each other. Once we come back, we will definitely call him again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! My party (4 adults, 2 young children) booked 89 transfers for a return journey from Palma to Port De Pollença. We arrived in Palma to an email stating they could not pick us up due to an electrical fault on the vehicle. As a result we had to use 2 private taxis at double the cost and no baby seats! Not a great start. For the return journey we contacted the company the day before to confirm they were definitely collecting us - all was confirmed and they promised us they wouldn’t let us down. Incredibly 1 hour before our pick up time another email was received advising they were unable to collect us due to yet another electrical fault! What are the chances!! Yet again we had to use a private taxi and again paid a lot more. As a goodwill gesture they offered to reimburse the cost of our return taxi if we emailed them a receipt. This was done immediately and now, weeks later we still haven’t received our refund and they have stopped responding to our emails. SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE.
